i would already have it if ms servers weren't maxed. I think ill be able to dl tonight. There is a version for x86 (32 bit) and x64 (64 bit) processores. it's 2 drifferent dls. when i have it installed i'll post my experiences.
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot  xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.

We'll be getting a Developer's Copy of it a few months prior to its release.  I won't care for it at all by the looks of it so far.  I'm more looking forward to Mac OS Leopard than anything else at this point.

You guys will be waiting a while.  Most of the features in Vista are mirror images of Mac OS Tiger.  When OS Leopard comes out, they are going to pull Vista back into Development in order to try to copy/make something better.  (This is why Vista is slowly starting to become vaporware)

I dual booted with a preview of the OS earlier this month - It's pretty, worked fine on my system, but tbh i couldnt immediately see what difference it would make to me right now!!

Edit: Actually I Triple booted, since i already run x64 and XP together... lol

maybe they are running out of ideas....but need the shot of cash, so they call it something else, repackage it, and sell it to guys like me that need the latest and greatest....actually, with Windows....I usually don't upgrade until I absolutely have to.....hardware.......another story.
