Sry - at the risk of sounding N00bish here...
Some of the Ribbons or criteria are stated as needing Qualifications - satisfactory or excellent. How is this measured? Is it purely based on score or do is there something special needed ... (i.e. Do i need to signal when driving to become a skilled driver... or just run over lots of guys?)
Combat rating - good... (shooting the rifle the right way round?)
Parachute Qualification - satisfactory (I assume if you jumped out of a jet and survived - you know how to use it?)
