Appears Airsoft to me. The flash suppressor appears to be 4 1/2" which would make the carbine an SBR. Non-SBR CAR replicas have extended 5.5" suppressors. The handguards are roughly 6" in length to give a comparison. Which if it were real, it would be an NFA rifle on Form 1 through the ATF. Most people dont jump through the hoops of filling out a Form 1, waiting 4 months, and paying 200$ for a tax stamp for an SBR rifle.
My guess is airsoft.
Sweet, but what crappy speakers. I mean, they spend all that money to make the case sweet and stuff and then they go and spend $10 on speakers.
