If you check out his stats while in a plane, he has a 51:1 kill/death ration (hehe, notice that he's also banned on 8 servers...that's a record i think!?). Now I know that only a small amount of players can accomplish this but doesn't this raise questions about balancing in the game? I don't care how good you are, you should not be able to get this type of rate! Its ridiculous! No wonder you see half your team sitting around waiting for planes to spawn...cause if you learn to use them no one can touch you....

I am actually teaching myself how to bomb correctly, and did wonderfully last night (godddddammmmittt, the stats didnt update to show my hard work.... maybe another day?? not likely). I pulled a 57/5 K/D ratio just bombing the heck out of Zatar Wastelands on a 64 player server. I finally got the bombing down to a respectable level, and I can tell you - The ONLY thing stopping a good pilot is a BETTER pilot on the other team.

He posts on the Planet Battlefield Forums sometimes, he really is what his name says. I have yet to play with him but I find his misplaced arrogance somewhat disturbing. A player who only flys jet, only drives tanks only stat pads in a BH....they are all the same garbage to me.

People have accused me of being an armor whore but I am quick to point out I have more hrs with the assualt rifle then the tank, a better ratio with a jet and generally I have more fun ground pounding in a good squad. Its that sort of 50:1 KDR that reminds us of how people have been exploiting battlefield since it came out.

Darned skilled -bf2- pilot. There is a hell of a lot more going on when flying in a realistic simulator, or real life. I dispise the flight system in this game. hate it, hate it! The laws of lift, drag and thrust have no bearing in bf2... arrgh!

HELLO guys, i think your missing the point though bro's after reviewing his stats you will notice he played most on the USMC side , "which means" 2bombs per load , he also plays big maps "which means" it takes time to reload' as well you will notice his his gold meadals (230) and silver and bronze are very low for the hours spent in play, also LOL, he has a best round of 479, < and look at his playing time verses when he enrolled date till now ....LOL 3 months ,
his combat is actualy higher than his global score,
of course even his "team damage and team kills" are totaly low for his outragous score' and whats more enteresting' is i figured "given the time hes put in to date" hes averaging 153.8 kills an hour...LOL...

it dont take a rocket scientest to figure out what hes doing.

Fell'as we're ether dealing with a highly trained aireal acrobat' that totaly understands combat flying and has served as a navy or air force pilot with several diffrent planes under his belt'...or????? ....LOL

now ' im not one for yelling hack' simply because ive been accused of it' i would consider myself a proficient pilot in the game you can look at my stats' its my number one fav' but...LOL when i see these kinds of stats looming about ,, i cant figure out how you guys make your stats appear' on here so your more than welcome to look > VIKING-LOVER1

I must agree with SokViChet. The only thing stopping a good pilot is a better pilot! And since there is much more incentive to bombing runs than dogfighting I think that most pilots don't care too much about the other jets!

I hate hacks, but I don't see what hack could be giving him the advantage to be that dominant in jet...

yes, the guy is just good... It is very possible to bomb an entire round without TKing. I did, and Im not that good yet (last nights run has not shown in stats *pout). All you have to do is be aware, and the tools are there for you . Use your minimap to make sure you are not dropping into an area that is already full of your teammates!!! I can even hit a tank that is right next to a teammates tank because I use the map and the blue tags to tell me which is which and bomb very carefully. After a while you jet get aware of these things. Last night there was a buggy running right at a teammates tank (probably full of explosives) and I was able to pick him off with a two bomb drop right next to our tank - no team damage. So the TK numbers is not a valid argument that he is hacking. It is very possible.

I don't think he's cheating, but he IS very selective about what maps he uses and how many players are on the map. 64 player maps with usually less than 64 players, so the round lasts a long time, plenty of time to get kills and less chance to get shot down. You'll note his favorites are Dragon Valley 64 and Oman 64, both of which provide a lot of clumped up standing around thumbs up the butt enemy targets on the carrier or airfields, and a lot of fat transport helos for multi-kills.

But he's not perfect, he's lost over 1600 points due to TK/TD/TVD, and he's only the 33rd ranked Aviator in total kills.

Then again, if he was using a wallhack or something like it, where enemy players show up on the map as a bright color, it'd make his strafing uber effective, since he could easily spot infantry as well as vehicles, and a lot of strafing is the ONLY way you're going to get that kind of K/D ratio/average KPM in 100 hours of flying, bombing runs just take too much time between reloads on those big 64 player maps.

That is damn bad 98 hours out of 120 hours of play, i hate it when people do this on bf2 they just use one vehicle or kit all the time and as soon as they get killed they camp around until the vehicle resporns and are straight back in it. I would like to take him on, on Strike at Karkand.

i played with him on a server, he unlocked the m95 for 1 thing, shooting his teammates out of the plane when they get it first, he shot me out of a mig29 on cleansweep, and a teammate took the plane, and was blown up by another teammate with a eryx, i respawned with MY m95 and shot HIM out of the seat and took off, took me 15min before i crashed, the whole time he was cursin me out lol.

The best opinion I can come up with is to set the vehicles to spawn in like 5 seconds before the player spawns in that way if you get shot down the next guy waiting for a plane can have a chance to use it.

A KDR that high is actually easier in a fighter. In a fighter it is much harder to be shot down, thus giving you much more time in the air then waiting for a jet. And once you master the art of bombing at any angle its not hard to keep on doing it. Though I suspect he uses his guns alot more then his bombs. Those guns eat everything alive aside from tanks.

well, I guess jets are proving to be the key to winning a map more and more now. People are getting better at flying, and there are already some maps where you don't stand a chance if you don't have good pilots ( zatar, clean sweep, gulf of oman, daquing, dalian plant ).

last night I played dalian plant on USMC, and we couldn't even leave the goddamn carrier. Our pilots sucked and the chinese guys were bombing us to pieces.

And btw, I wouldn't call that exploiting. those guys are not using glitches or bugs to enhance their performance, they are just damn good at what they do.

That's why, as a commander, I will order one squad to air defense for the whole map if necessary.

I hate fighter pilots.... The only way you can take them down is if you have another skilled pilot on your team which doesn't happen all the time. Playing on Wake Island the other day (which in my opinion attracts fighter whores like this guy WAY too much) this one pilot had a K/D of 55/2. No one could even drive a couple of meters in a jeep or start to lift off in a helicopter before being taken out.

Something is wrong!

Edit: the USMC also has the F-15 fighter, which has got 5 bombs! (just like the MEC SU-34, and the PLA SU-30)
