The patching will never end as long as there are people playing, I think 1942 went tthrough about 2 years of patching

As for game play, I haven't been able to enjoy a nice evening since 1.3 came out to really evaluate it all.

I agree, I get about 1 hour of reasonable play for about 3 hours of time due to the rebooting servers, desktop crashes, and other PIA things that happen in BF2 (Like finally finding a playable server only to get put on the under-achiever's, all-sniper "team" that is being totally owned/raped mercilessly...)72Wolf- wrote:
