Can any of you tell me why EA did not give me my rewards?

I SHOULD have ranked up last night, and I SHOULD have gotten my Veteran Special Ops badge last night. Last night is when I got over 15 hrs of being a spec op and then I got 25 kills the next round... WHY didn't I get the badge? My name in game is [POD]Gladiator and you can go check yourself that I'm 85 points over my rank up... WHY didn't it give me my rank up either? EA is ticking me off... WHY do they always have to be stupid like this...!? The thing is, the stats were updated AT THAT TIME TOO cuz I looked at the BFHQ and it STILL didn't give me my awards nor ranks.... How can I fix this?

Something similar happened to me. Got enough points but I didn't ranked up. So, changed the server, made my first kill and ... tadaaa ... You have been promoted ... Maybe you give it a try. For the rewards just wait a little bit.
