Yup it "allows" you to, but you don't have to. The only macro I use is for the parachute (repeat 9 while pressed) a suggestion in this thread

jumping of buildings always gets me killed or injured (bad timing), maybe it's cheating but if so it's IMO a small one. Maybe any non standard keyboard ought to be considered cheating since it gives you have an advantage by concentrating all your important buttons in a close pattern.

Have all your important buttons within reach without lifting your hand and a comfortable handrest.

But the mouse (Razer Diamondback) and mousepad (QPAD) is the most important thing.
Want one of those too.

Before you buy the ZBoard - check out the Type II Wolfclaw FPS keyboard - details in my earlier post!

I'ts not as fancy looking as the ZBoard (silver/black, no pretty colours) but IMHO & in the reviews that I've seen it's a better keyboard. (better key action)

Not quite sure what it costs in $ though - cost me £45.......
