Seems that I get only 1 or 2 EA US servers under 1.3 and about 20 with 1.2
What's the deal?
I am convinced that 1.3 just isn't right. 1.2 just plays better.
Am I stoned or what?

As other people have said there are more posts about this. 1.3 is truly screwed. I have heard people (in my clan) having trouble when the click join game it crashes and the most common one that has happened to me today 4 times on 1 server - 'There is a problem with your connection'. But the truth is, it's not 'our' connection, it's EA's fault. I found 1.2 fine, didn't really have a problem with it. Now this patch comes along and all havoc breaks loose. I find it hard to get through 1 round without losing the connection.

I didn't know that you can play bf2 on server before 1.3.. Does that mean that there are ppl bunnyhopping/shooting @ servers? Or does that mean that there is a server only with claymorewhore at his worst stage?

Sorry, I meant 1.22, not 1.2.

Those EA servers on 1.3 are not official.  They are made by clans and such and use "EA US" in the title to get more traffic.  While several of those are very good servers (EA US Official 9a by HyperElite comes to mind), they aren't "Official EA Servers."  I know this because I'm a regular on the EA US Official EC and I miss them

EA tells us
go update your game to 1.3, but we are going to wait and see if we should.
Anyone else feel like the joke is all on us????
