Fact is, I loved BF2 until 1.2, I stopped "feeding them money" after I had spent those $124 on the 2 products I liked back then.

Didn't it occur to you that most people have LAN parties and want to play BF2 but won't because there isn't much action in a LAN, unless the host has a 5mbps Internet Connection, and everyone has valid keys so they could all play online.

I'm truly shocked this thread hasn't died a death yet.

But to recap, as far as I see it, the thread starter, and all his supportive cohorts agree to the following fact of post 1.3 BF2, WHOLEHEARTEDLY.

Dropping a fucking car. No, A QUAD. On A TANK, Should kill it. Hands down.
Moving in any direction to dislodge it = instant death.
It blowing within 5 seconds of it hitting a tank = instant death.

I've been in tanks hit by cartillery, and seen tanks hit by cartillery, I personally, have never seen a tank pilot get out of his tank fast enough, to get away before it blows. If he even manages to bail in time. I sure as hell haven't been that pilot nicknamed Flash.

Even if a fully loaded Ail Raider (largest of the transport vehicles I believe?) rams into a tank at full tilt the tank has around half health.

Riding an Ail Raider up the ramp by Mosque on Warlord, dropping it onto a tank/APC on the other side, still fails to create the same effect.

The above methods do not have a parachute to slow their impact. Cartillery does. In Disney's (not known for realism in films) 'Operation Dumbo Drop' they drop a four ton elephant out of a plane. It doesn't land and leave a crater where the village it landed in used to be.

You talk about how people who don't like the 'features' introduced with 1.3 being 'fucking whiners' or that we/they 'cry like little children'. And you'll probably whine some more and flame me for this post too.

BUT. And this is a Sir Mix A Lot size But. If you can address this post in any way other than 'fuck you whiner' and at least back up why you feel 'Quad MINUS Jihad Upgrade EQUALS Dead Tank' is logical, and anything other than someone at DICE not thinking shit through, I'll tip my hat to you, hell, you'll actually earn my respect, for what it's worth, on the interweb.

Oh yeah. Look up how many servers have 'if the server crashes please rejoin, it is a bug, contact EA about this post 1.3 'feature' or a variation of this, in their MOTD. Then call them fucking whiners, tell them to stop playing, then they stop hosting the servers most of you play on for free, or tell you to fuck off and play elsewhere and ban you for your disrespect.
