BF2S Forums Fps ?

Hi

I keep seeing FPS quoted and understadn thsi relates to Frames Per second - im guessin gte higher the better ?, some folk quote FPS as a certain res and grahics quality as in Low, Medium and High in BF2 - how can I tell what it is when im in the game ?
