Hey does anybody esle have this problem. I realise the ranks are stuffed up but im also not getting Commander badges and have earned way past the vet and expert critera  can sumbdy shed some light or do we need to take a trip to EA  wth da shock paddles

Have you been commander for 25 minutes in a round since receiving your basic commander and going over 1k commander points?

umm yep i have over 14ooo commander points and heaps of times been in game over 25 minutes im sure, or do i juts kill em off too quick  lol

I just got mine 2 night ago. Just broke 1000 command points, spent 25 minutes in a game as the commander, got the vet command badge. No problem.

#1) Try offical EA servers (US seems to be the most reliable)

#2) Repeat step 1?

EA most likely won't help you with the issue.

I find that with the awards I get ... you've got to fulfil the time first, THEN get the kills etc ( say, get 20 kills in a round or what-not )

But, it just might be lag in the stats - as not all servers update at the same time.  Latency is an intergal part of the net of course.

I've seen it take up to 5-6 hours at most for stats to get updated ....

I'm not sure, but you need to make sure you have played at last 25 minutes, I got my veteran command when I was commander for about 35-40 minutes. Make sure you exceed the requirement, also, go on official EA servers, they tend to not ever "eat" badges.
