Hi,

I download and install the downloader from www.ea.com to update my registered Battlefield 2 and update my Battlefield 2.
I use the username Biedubbeljoe to install the downloader. After a hard disk crash I installed everything and try to connect to www.ea.com with the downloader but the program sad my username is not known. If I wanna register it can be because my username is in use. If I try the forgotten password function my username is unknown. I can't use another username with the downloader because then I can't see my updates, but only trailer stuff. Can anyone tell me what steps to follow to make my biedubbeljoe work again?..

there should be a (old) topic about how to work with EA downloader, ill search for it ok?
hmm i cant find it, anyway  if i get it right you cant log in with your username anymore coz you reinstalled it
if you do everything as it said on there website (when you first downloaded/installed/registered) your acount everything should be good

Additionally, you'd be better off contacting, say, EA support, about this since no one here can *really* do anything if something is broken.

Hi,

Thanks for the replies. I think ea support is the only option.
Can I post a question on the site www.ea.com? Or is there another site where to look?
