Running high/meduim settings mix I could get 50-100 fps constantly, even in gunfights. Now my FPS seems to stay around 20-40?? Do I need to reinstall or is this normal?

I have this same problem too. My FPS went down from like 50 to 12ish.
I can still manage 40-50 on all low on my outdated Radeon 9200. No change for me. Using latest ATI Drivers.
