BF2S Forums WAR COLLEGE RIBBON CHANGES (its very very very true)

Like someone posted in this forums and in EA forums, they changed the WHOLE award system.

It was a stupid ribbon to begin with that had rediculous requirements just like getting to master sgt when the game was first released. They nerfed the ranks and added more in, everyone jumped for joy. Now they just made right with the awards that were rediculous to get!

I dont see where the problem lies. Its not like the uber leet got the war college. Fuck I could've gotten war college if I wanted to. but all of my other stats would suffer, id rather have my expert badges!

i did not mean it like that, i meant that people who started the game like a week age will be able to get the expert badges/ ribbins, when someone like myself, who has been playing since the game came out have been trying to get those hard to get badges and have the reqs. for them (100hrs) and/or ribbins

I have a buddy who just started playing 3 - 4 months ago and has put about 500 hours into bf2 and he is only 50 thousand points behind me now. I am about to rank up to lieutenant colonel to give you an idea of how much work dude has put in. And he sucked, got a purple heart and now he womps on people.

I am glad the reqs for the purple heart became the same because I do not want that damn award no matter what.

I dont want a purple heart... I am not good at dying, im only good at helping people die.

I'm not sure I like the new WCR reqs yet, but I can play more relaxed now. All other awards are only a problem when you try to take them, you can let it go whenever you want and do something else. Not so with the WCR, it followed you constantly and either came closer or further away. I can accept that I'm not going to get a lot of awards, but I don't want to know until i try. Scrapping the ratio will remove a whole set of frustrating situations (getting auto-balanced etc) and make the game more enjoyable - at least until I try another award that I don't have the skill for.
