Havnt tried the new driver. Ive got a x700 Pro, still using the driver that came on the cd with it about 6 months ago. I know i should probably update....but it seems harder to update drivers with ATI than it is with nVidia. Havnt really looked into it, just the way it seems.
I've never heard of that card. However, I'd look into ATI Tray Tools and seeing if your card is supported. It's a great utility.ilyandor wrote:

i installed that ATI driver and it f*cked my computer bigtime. i tried to get rid of it to no avail.

They fixed a bunch of issues for me.
