i think the main reason the US havent had any wars on their own soil since the civil war is simply cause of their size, and the fact that their neighbours arent hostile or cant afford a large scale war or never had the intentions or drive todo so.
the countrys that did have intentios for possible war were far away with an ocean inbetween.
Europe is a continent with alot of countrys wich have almost complet access over land to eachother.
All of those countrys (speciale in the 1800s and early 1900s) had their own customs and own habbits and believes and things that motivated them and got isnulted easily.
The US nvr had such things and so nvr had war on the own turf.
Imagin each US state being their own country have a difrent culture etc then ims hure the US would have also had alot of wars.
The fact that the US got conolized by Europeans etc and that all states got shaped as states under 1 flag minilized the chances for them togo to war, and the sheer amount of immigrants speeding up conolisation to the west made shure that other new conolized countrys could nvr afford a war even if having the intentions.

well i'm part of the United states public school system. i do have to say there are a lot of really fcking dumb americans. Personally, i get straight A's and would consider myself fairly intelligent, but for the most part intelligence isnt a genetical trait or anything.. its how much effort you put in. And americans are lazy (i can say it because i am one). That is not a stereotype but a fact. Now there are some americans that are fairly active but for the most part... lazy. Because of this lazyness lots of my classmates just dont try/care/do drugs instead of go to school. So yeah.. there are a lot of stupid people in america

Some european countrys use subtitels for the US or Uk Tv Shows that they got.
mainly cause of that alot of those people Can fluently speak english (ofc with an accent).
mostly kids tho cause even shows for 8 year olds are in english and use subtitels overhere.

Snatch a 3.5 or higher GPA kid out of his honors classes and stick him in a vocational body shop class. Tell that kid he has to paint a car and have it shot and ready to dry by 8th period.
Take the top kid out of the body shop class thats good at what he does and stick him in an honors foreign language class or something. Tell him to wright a paragraphy in greek or whatever by the same time.
