I am having a hard time lately finding a server where I dont get headshotted by a pistol, knifed from 20 feet away, sniped by an AT round from beyond the fog barrier. It seems like everyone is using a hack these days. They are all in the "Im pissed that I died from some dickhead using a hack so I am going to hack too" boat. I try to be open to the possibility that all my "bullshit deaths" are from spiking ping, but they are far too frequent, even on servers that report as being 30-70 ping. Is it even worth playing anymore? I think it is pretty well demonstrated that EA isnt interested in thwarthing hackers, so much as just maintaining the new sales. What am I to do? Reinstall BFV and hope for the best?
I don't know what servers you're playing on, but the ones I go to aren't filled with a bunch of hackers. If you're not having fun, then quit. Why waste your own time if you're not getting what you should out of a GAME.
You are just getting owned, there always have to be people at the bottom of the leaderlist, just like there have to be workers at Burdger King.

Even when im getting owned by superior players or tank whores and blah or even lag, im still enjoying the game.
Sorry dude, don't know what to tell you. I've never experienced any of those things in a server.
still i think he has a point here, and don't try to tell us that no one playing bf2 uses hacks cause some people are very suspicious looking at there ranks & points ect...it all has nothing to do with loving the game or having fun with it, the few good people out there know how hard it is to build something nice...(whatever)...but they also know it can be f***ed up easy in no time...

I think since the hacks have videos everyone just ASSUMES that people are hacking everytime they die by ______. Haven't you ever one shotted someone? I have my suspicions, like when soneone comes around the corner and one shots me, but hey some people get lucky/are good. Deal with it.

heh.. ev1 doesnt hack.. ur just getting owned =/ the fog distance crap may because you have low geometry... that affects view distance considerably i suggest keeping it at max.
1 shots... happen if you aim for head.. and of course some people are good can do it... and some get lucky... then a small few hack

i havent seen a single hack in 300 hrs of pub play.
This game is cool and hacks don't bother me - hey only looser use them real players stick to real skills.
I only saw hacks when I first started playing, now I've come to realise it was me that was wrong

agreed. i've played around 190 hrs and haven't seen any hacks too. there are just lots of good gamers out there, that's it

what distance-view settings have you got your graphics at? you might have yours set to 10% less than the person shooting at your. so he can see you but all you see is fog.PheloniosRM wrote:
