2.2M down / 256k up with Demon in the UK. No limit to total data.

However, when my year's contract runs out in July I'll be looking for a move to someone offering 8-24Mbps (unlimited). I'm 3km from the phone exchange so I'm looking at a 25% speed loss on the upgrade, so it'll be like 6-18Mbps, which is still plenty.

I get download speeds of about 6000kb/s from fast pages and upload at about 2000kb/s, nothing is capped and i pay 349kr a month which is $47 US.
