ok i found a thread about the XFire prob on the tracker forum, just wanted to let you guys know.
its originaly a thread on the xfire site and has a small fix so you can join a BF2 game through it again.

Which do you think is better?

Xfire or BF2 AutoLoader?

Having looked at each one it just seems that BF2 AutoLoader works better and is also cleaner looking.

What is your opinion on this?

I like them both, but have been using xfire due to the friend tracking. It allows you to jump right into the server they are playing in assuming there are slots available. I am not aware of this functionality in BF2-AL.

i actually have no idea what BF2 autoloader is

but ill have a look into it, but if theres no friend tracking i cant see the point of it anyway.
