Basic Sniper Combat???

aight, I went on a ranked server, got 8 kills, on the UBAR it says I only need 5 IAR, but I got 8 IAR and I did not get my basic sniper combat, they were all with the sniper rifle, not with vehicles or AA or anything, and it was ranked, I'm not retarded

Any help?

You get basic sniper for just being the sniper class and killing so you know. Also before the patch it was 10 kills IAR not 8, so try and get 10. Yes i know UBAR says 5...but i got mine at 10 so i'm assuming it's wrong
