dont worry about it, post your stats, i would like to look at them. if you are under 2k pts and want to start over, i say go for it. Stats isnt everything, its CURRENT skill, not skill 5 months ago. do what you want. "you can only go up"

****edit**** starting over gives the game a better edge tooo, you can choose the unlocks you want now....i would say start over, since you are 2k pts, but do what you like. Stats aint life

Um, I suck but I aint gonna start over. This game is mostly "time played" for advancement so cary on soldier. Just go after unlocks and getting that next rank.

Are you having fun? If you say "no," then why waste your time playing? If you say "yes," then what do you care about your stats? They'll improve in time...I'm sure my K ratio is WAY better than the stats, but I had to earn the K and I was focused on learning and earning, not on K, so now I could say, "I want to start over and get a better K profile..." but I really don't care enough to start over...

No worries, man you'll get the hang of it. It takes a while to get used to the whole FPS games and the main thing is as long as you enjoy the game then your doing something right...

People take this game to seriously, if they played it for the fun and not for the stats it'd be a better overall game IMO

You have a long ways to go before you know if you suck or not. You should've seen my stats a couple months ago, you would've laughed at me. I try not to do my "Sadam" shoot 5 clips in the air anymore, now that I know it's being tracked n stuff. Just play and play. Your stats will rise in due time

You only have 66 hours, but you already have 35 minutes in a 'chute. That sounds like you're doing something seriously wrong with aircraft. Maybe you should stick to infantry or ground vehicles. Find your strengths and work on those.

You're not the worst, but at corporal, you should maybe have more basic infantry badges. Actually, I'm suprised you have middle east/far east service ribbions, because I am also corporal and I don't have them yet. But you're doing good. Just work up to all basic infantry badges and basic vehicle badges as well as basic knife/pistol badges, so that you don't have to worry about first seargent rank.

Respawn elsewhere, get killed by APC.
Respawn elsewhere and get capped by arty.

Hang in there, focus on team work, and have fun. When the game becomes frustrating/boring, ~ quit always works.

Just learn the tricks of the trade- one easy way is to join a squad leader with a high rank and always spawn on him and follow him around... communicate alot... maybe go medic to help him out when he's down.

most importantly: watch him... see what he does... see what other guys do and adapt.

I sucked at first to. I kept on dying by artty but I picked it up fast because of my counterstrike playing skills. It really isn't that hard to adapt. How ever I messed up on my kits times I have 20 hours in all my kits except spec opps (100). For me I play better when I go for badges. Teamwork always helps to.

I didn't know what to go for. I wanted to vote for "you can only go up", or "don't worry about it"...So I went for "you can only go up", because it's true, you don't get worse, you only get better. After I finally plucked up the courage to go online with BF2, my stats were terrible with my 1st account

Ive only had ONE account. I started at a measly .399 ..on EVERYTHING!. Now everything is above 1, 1 is an average player, in which I am happy with. If you are all going for points and badges it will end up more of a workload than fun. My advice to you, is don't worry about what other people think, have fun and it will eventually come to you. The points and crap are for me, Im not here to impress or depress, people who are worried about thier precious will eventually end up trying so hard it gets aggravating, some people skip the aggravation by stat-padding - but that does nothing but make you look like an idiot. Besides the honesty is only between you and your pixel dude.

Seem to remember i wasn`t such a hotshot my first hours either.

Try to stay with one kit for a while, learn that well and play it a lot - switching back and forth just makes you confused and it takes longer to get to know the ropes.

The negative kdr will finally turn and your spm will get higher as you go !

If you really think your stats suck so much - start over. Either way, have fun :-)
