Well, i finally got it, but is true;
after getting more than 45 hours as insurgent, u have to do a "good conduct" round, no team damage, team kills or vehicle damage, im not sure if 27 kills are enough, cause i did like 46, but is finally there...

25 hours on team and 50 hours in theater.
About 24 more hours on team for the SAS Medal
