Can someone please  give me the basics on how to use it!  I did a search and there is no guide or tips to using these things!

I bought SF's last weekend and I keep gettin killed tryin to figure it out!

For grapling hold right click and throw then climb.


For zip line fire it off somewhere high to somewhere lower and then hold enter vehicle button

grppling hook: shoot up at a rooftop or something.
zip line: shoot down to the ground from up on a roof or something.
Press E to get on it.
press G to pick it back up again.
Sober enough to know what I'm doing, drunk enough to really enjoy doing it

The game should have told you how to throw the hooks and ziplines.

well.... with grapplings hooks just press left button while aiming above a roof and try to get the hook up there while the hook is up there just press E to start climbin and when u get up press g or E to pick it up again. Zip line is for going down fast example:

example you ar being shot and you want to slide down to this:

                                                      ---------1--------

1 is where you have to schoot the zip line in a diogonal (spelling?) line the more degrees down the faster you go. less degrees down means that you will descend slower get it? if you still dont understand give me a IP adres of the server and i will show it to you ok?

It didn't tell me jack! 

And i haven't  correctly done it yet.  Its just me i guess.  I think i was mistaking my grappling hook for my zipline! 

I'd be on a roof top and when i shot what i thought was my zipline it would fall to the street like a  long. skinny, limp black dick! 

So it may have been my grappling hook

After you arrive to your destination, before you retrieve the zipline please check if a teammate has decided to come along with you. I've fallen to my death many times because someone took away the zipline with me on it. If it's an enemy then take it away but if it's a teammate wait for them.

Edit: Oh yah same goes for the grappling hook. As you know not all kits have the luxury of possessing the hook and zip and they would like to get where you are going as well. Sharing is caring.

o yeah i forgot to say that. but i have to admit its quite funny to see some1 fall to death and get a suicide....

LoL true it's pretty hilarious until it happenes to you, haha. This one time I managed to hit the parachute before I hit the ground but I landed right in front of an enemy tank. I was a medic so I could do anything but run. I was road kill.

no it wont happen to me either i know that dude i going to pull that thing away or i am prepared to press 9 for parachute
