I don't disagree with your opinion, I disagree with the reason for it.  You have not given any of those kits any real time, except to get a badge, so when you say the things you say, I think it is just BS.

My favorite class IS the assault. To me it's the only 'I don't care class, I just want to frag!'; its the no worries class, you go in kill in 3 shots and you are done. You don't have to hide, you don't have to worry about anything else going on around you, your main job is capture flags, thats it! It's the true MeatShield. And if you people don't like assault you havent played it long enough to judge it, because its one of the best kits imo in the game, it has the best weapons per kill. Yeah, the medic has the same weapon  you can argue and even I play medic, but the medic has a job to do, not just frag (unless you are a selfish retard), thats why you see alot of people being medic not have good weapon or kit ratios, they are too busy doing thier job. People get into too much of the points system they forget every Kit has its duties.

LMG's surpresss fire, laydown for the people going in and give out ammo

Spec Ops - they use sabotage, kill tanks and commander toys, Jihad, whatever usually kill themselves in the process and good SL also.

Engineers - stay in your freaking tank because you are useless otherwise. repair shit. the Jack is great CQC.

AT - well, damn hit the tanks. and a good sniper if you ask me. the DAO is close quarters is unmatched.

Medic - Heal people, main subjective isn't to frag, but if you want to you still wont compete with the assault class due to the extra +1 on body armor, so you get killed in 2-3 shots whilst the assault gets killed in 3-6 shots.

Snipers- hide, spot enemies, quick kills with the headshot and play cat and mouse with infantry. Nothing more, nothing less.

Assault - capture-flags,catch-all, mainly infantry battles, obviously they can't fight tanks. But the only class (besides sniper) that can continously kill in less shots, want a quick in and out, assault is your buddy!

So if assault sucks then why is it that I have high ratio besides the sniper?? Yeah, I play full 64's. jUst gotta use it to like it, and yeah the G3 is that good.

I like to play assault because it's different.  Everyone who plays the other kits and thinks their hotshit thinks Assault players are noobs, but that's a myth.  In fact, most players who play as Assault are good players.

I think instead of asking "Why doesn't assault get more points?!?!11" we should be asking "Why do Medics/Support get more points?"

Well, for one thing, I think EA ought to take out the Medics ability to heal himself, his grenades, and finally, the big one, swap the G3 and G36e, and add the AG-36 GL for the G36e.  I believe that would seriously increase the balance in the game.  You'd have all the G36e whores and the medic revive farmers crying their asses off at EA, but I'd be laughing, actually.  Even though the G3 is still really, REALLY good, I think that it would be a fair trade for the G36e, especially because Assault needs it desperately. (it= a well balanced weapon with at least 30 rounds of ammo).  If that's too much, at the very, VERY least, decrease the revive bonus to 1, instead of 2.

As for support?  meh, it's fine the way it is now.

Take away my G3 and I kick your ass... Swap the F2000 instead.

That is the best post yet IMO, also the smokes come in handy when taking a outpost but seriously they need to last ALOT longer.

So you just played it to get a freakin' medal? So I take it you hate the Medic class too? Obviously in 100 hrs you still havent' grasped the concept of the Kit yet. The assault is like any other kit with the only exceptions is that it doesn't have the 'benefit'. The Assault class makes up for it in the G3 weapon and the supposedly body armor. If your fatbody pixel sucks at sprinting so does the LMG and AT class. Seems you  are fixated on only one kit and all about points.  I've never realized the body armor except when I play assault and AT. IF you aren't accurate with the weapons, then thats your problem, I seem to do just fine. But yeah, go play with your kits that have the 'benefits' and you'll be counting down from 15 when you meet up with an assault one on one.

Yeah, I played it just to get the medal, got a problem with that?  Also, I love Medic, Sniper, Spec Ops, AT, and Engineer. 

As far as "grasping the concept", I think you haven't quite grasped the "concept" of who you are talking too.  I am Cougar.  Thats all you need to know......cower in fear and wallow in respect o yee of little faith.  I once saved 2 women from a burning building and then ran back in to take a dump, thats how badass I am.  I once knocked out a horse by sneezing on it.  I once saved a demolition crew WEEKS worth of work by farting in the general direction of the building and bringing it down.  There is nothing that I need to grasp.  YOU on the other hand need to "grasp" how much you love life and how it will disappear instantly if you cross me.  I can make your face implode just by flipping you the bird.

As far as my playing a kit for points or awards, that is a misunderstanding on your part I assure you.  I tell BF2 that I want 100 hours in a specfic kit and my stats update accordingly on the spot, then I go into a server and announce "Cougar Lord of Death has ARRIVED!" and 40 people instantly fall over dead from fear.  Thats how I roll.  I once made an entire rack of BF2 servers explode because one of my arty strikes killed everyone on the server and the three servers sitting next to it on the rack, then they exploded because technology has advanced to the level of awesomness that I am become.  I am from the Bhagavad Gita bitch.  I am become death, the shatterer of your stats.

Also, G3 is teh suk.

i like assault. longer smoke would be good. they should improve the accuracy on those weapons. it doesnt make sense that a g3 isnt accurate. its a huge gun and it fires a 7.62 mm bullet thats used in sniper rifles like the psg-1 (which should be in bf2).

is it just me or is it the multi-shot accuracy penalty that holds the g3 back? it seems like if u aim perfectly when u fire your first shot at a target u get a hit and they often die. on the other hand, if u shoot and miss your first shot but then correct perfectly from there u will often continue to miss and might get owned. With other guns like the g36c, p90, or g36e you can miss your first shot and hit on your second without waiting much at all. I think this is also why i tend to find the f2000 less accurate than other weapons, you cant aim much once you start shooting.

I love assault because the guns are bamf. I also love the flashes in SF. I still havent unlocked the F2000....

I am starting to play Karkand more now. That map is awesome for assault. Go there and hon your skills. lol
