Ok, just thought id share my opinion on this one
When engaging another attack heli in combat head on, your best bet is to Climb, climb and keep on climbing! This way, You are out of range of his TV, and yet they are in range of your gunner. Get your gunner to keep on firing at their cockpit etc. If its still a no kill, ten fire off a missle or two to get an idea where its going to hit. Then, when youve got a good estimate of where the missles are going to hit, Just unload your missle pods on them!
