Play another 250 hours and get the IAR requirements again. You can get a new Good Conduct medal for each 250 hours you have.

IAR: 27 kills and NO Team kills, damage or vehicle damage
250h total time played
Just repeat the requirements, for every 250 hours u can get another and another and another .......
