Basically, along with giving points for SpecOps blowing up commander assets, they made it take alot longer to repair them. Now, at first glance, this seems like a bad idea, but the side effect is that the engineer gets one repair point per asset now. It takes longer per individual asset to repair, but if you repair something from completely broken to completely full, you get a repair point. So, repair all assets once in one round and get 5'ish repair points.

This makes it a little more worthwhile to run out and repair things right away, instead of making your commander waste a supply crate on repairing them. Also makes it a bit more reasonable to get the engineer repair badges legitimately.

Not quite so...you get repair point from "quickfix" too.
I didn't find more suitable word than "quickfix" but I mean the procedure where engineer comes to broken item and makes first turn and keeps repairing until game voices "...xxxx repaired".
On that point the item IS NOT completely repaired but you get repair point. Well...I did..

good, cause now  there is always peaple to destroy this assets.
bad, because sometimes there is a massive baserapping of specs ops in uncapturable flags.
