Also, this has nothing to do with bf2 and really doesn't belong on these forums. I am sure there are some sort of web dev forums somewhere where people would be willing to help teach you how to make your own website, otherwise people tend to want compensation for their hard work.

you should learn HTML+ CSS for 2 reasons
-> it's easy and fast to learn
-> it is a good thing to know at least one language in informatic, you could use it as a hobby or for your career.
