Veteran Medic Combat Badge

I have over 300 hours played. 84 of which I was medic. The last map I played was Karkand and I scored 89 points. Over 20 kills, over 10 revives and I got no Veteran Medic Combat badge.
I did get my Veteran Spec-op badge the very first time I played the game after patching. I've played 152 hours as special ops.

Ok, thanks for the sig help. You have the Veteren Medic Badge. How did you get it? I was thinking it was the total time for medic, but, your at 17+ hours and have it. I'm at 80+ and don't. So there goes that theory out the window.

Same here, didn't get veteran medic while i did get a ribbon on the server. i had 36 kills and have mroe then 15 hours. strange....

this happend to me aswell, i have vet assault combat and support combat along with vet medic(15 heals i tihnk) and vet support, but i cant get vet medic combat for some reason, iv had over 20 kills in a few rounds using medic.

Just checking, but you did make sure that all of the 20 required kills in the round were made using the kit that you were going for. You could have 100 kills in the round, and if 20 or more didn't come while using the medic kit, then you won't get the badge.

If you play a single kit for the entire map, get 20 kills and still are without the badge, then you would have a problem.

Also, could a mod move this to the BF2 help instead of here in the BF2S help?

I had this problem yesterday when I tried to get my veteran engineer badge, I played for a few hours but nothing happened even though I had all the requirements. So I left it for an hour, and came back, played and got 20 kills and was awarded my badge. I dont know why it didnt work, but maybe you should try the EA official servers and get in a tank. Easiest way to get kills and to get your badge

try going for expert first aid..... 25 heals aint easy on any map.

ok, i had this exact same problem. The way that I solved it was:

Start with the kit you want and DO NOT change it. Get your 20 kills and get your badge. It may take a minute or two for the drumroll but you'll get it. Even if you are getting spawn raped by an APC dont switch to Anti-tank or Spec. forces.
After I started with my kits and stuck with them I got my badges. Now Im working on my support badge(I hate this kit with a passion). 5 more hours and Vet is mine. mwahaha

well, addict10n basically sed it all, but when i got my medic vet combat i did do different kits throughout the round, so im not sure if its necessary to not change.

also, if anyone is really having a bitch of a problem, like no matter what they do etc, they could go commander, im pretty sure arty kills while ur a commander go towards the kills with that kit cos they cannot go any where else.
I confess I actually did this with BASIC anit tank, cos I just could not get 10 kills with that kit, and it worked so good luck all

HMM...I got veteran medic combat,but could have earned the expert medic. But I didn't have the amount of time (100 hrs).

I got my Vet. Medic after 23 odd kills... hmmz.

OBW, does it count if your going for your Combat Badges and get them all in say a tank or chopper??

Spec Ops 20kills IAR and all done in a tank, cos i am hells own trouble getting Vet Spec Ops

i got mine pretty easy. i was commander and pretty much
laid down uav when i needed it to see where the enemy was.

I got mine with 20 kills...
maybe you got a kill this round with another kit... maybe someone heal you and changed your kit.

I got my Veteran Medic in the MEC chopper on Sharqi Peninsula and used different kits in the round. I got Expert Medic on Wake Island 64 by going medic the whole time - ended up with 46 kills. Just keep trying as it must be a glitch as I got mine first time on both badges.

the vet badges are pretty easy to get. expert are also pretty easy to get.
