PhysX is turning out to be a real joke, btw.  And just like Nvidia, ATI has plans on using the second GPU to offload physics work (and arguably the ATI X1XX GPUs are designed better for it than Nvidia's current gen).
I'd like to see video comparisons between PPU vs no-PPU setups. Knocking around rubble is fairly basic, and even I can do it. Install the PhysX driver without the card, go into the control panel, and open the pile of boxes. Shoot some balls at them, and they'll react. 3DS Max has been doing this long before the PhysX card.

Screenshots at bare minimum detail fail to impress me. But if NVIDIA and ATI plan on incorporating PhysX architecture into their future cards, I wouldn't be very suprised. This has been speculated on for quite some time.

on the topic of ppu's... its not the ppu is being the bottleneck, is its drivers, the new drivers improved the fps by around 5 in GRAW, and hardware ppu and software ppu is around the same fps in high resolutions.

On the subject of GRAW, it crashed consistantly on XP 64.
