Isn't Emery starting for Ottawa right now since Hasek is still down with that hammy he hurt in the Olympics?

Anyway I am an avid Colorado Avalanche fan and going up 3-0 on Dallas has all of us here excited. Heck I even stayed up the other night to watch the Oilers beat the Red Wings in double overtime. Nothing brings a smile to my face like Detroit losing (especially as the 1 seed).

The NHL playoffs is the reason I haven't been playing BF2 the past couple of days.

Yes, Emery is still the starting goalie, he has been doing wonderfully, makes you wonder if the Sens would risk bringing Hasek back in the middle of the playoffs with him playing well still.

I too love watching Dallas and Detriot lose, especially when it means that Colorado and Edmonton would advance.

The NHL playoffs are definitely a high time in my tv watching.. along with NFL playoffs as well.

You are quite correct. If I see another lopsided reffing game I'm going hunting, though. Don't get me wrong, they were calling the Habs for the crap they should have been called for, but let everything go for Carolina.

Anyone rememember when Patrick Roy got his ass fucking clothes lined by a skating Brendan Shanahan? Cause I sure do. Or when Claude Lemiux got his ass beat in retalliation for his cheap shot on Kris Draper that sent him face first into the bench door?

In short: The Red Wings are the BEST team in the LEAGUE. Their record shows that. They have the most SKILL out of ANY team. Will they win? I hope to hell that they do. Manny Legace has proven to be an exceptional starting goalie while he took over the not so stunning Chris Osgood's spot due to injuries and an overall less than anticipated season.

I grew up watching the Red Wings and I will die that way.

Look for Detroit to start playing their game soon.

Oh yeah, also.... Detroit Pistons are going to take the NBA Championship.

Detroit is a regular season asskicker. They aren't so great in the playoffs. It's doubtful they'll make it past Edmonton, and if they do, they won't make it to round 3.
