I am just wondering if the damage on the various pistols is the same for all classes or do some of the pistols deal more damage than others? If so, does this happen at the expense of accuracy? Some specs. would be nice if anyone can provide them.
Well from experience id say all pistols are just as accurate as each other, however silenced pistols (sniper/spec-op) seem to be weaker than the others

i've been able to "snipe" people with the silenced pistol at a range of 60-100m using one full mag. I have not been able to do the same with non silenced pistols.

Funny you should mention it McCullough. Come to think of it I have done the same thing with silenced pistols. I will give it a go again tonight and earn that badge :-)

i think the reason people think the silenced pistol is weaker is simply beacuse of the sound it makes. its more of a poof rather than the normal bang.

M9 has the best sights..
Lol your proberly right about the silenced. but i only ever use it as a sniper and i dont bother using it unless they are really close. so im proberly just unco and miss so i have to pull out my knife. and then someone else shoots me..

they are probably all the same, each army has its own pistol, silinced or non silenced, they are probably the same, except silinced seesm stronger because when you shoot, people cannot find out where you are shooting from.

Well. I think there is really no saying if the silenced pistols are better for "sniping" than the non-silenced ones but it seems to me that they are. I do have better luck hitting people at a distance with the silenced pistol and not just because they cannot hear me. Anyways, it's not really that important to me. It will be hard to prove anyways so who cares
I did get my basic pistol badge this morning. Actually much to my surprise since I thought it would take me a lot more pistol kills before I got to 7 in a round. I played as MEC Special Forces on Sharqi Peninsula and got all my kills with the silenced pistol. Lot's of great close-up fights using the pistol
