BF2S Forums APC Ramming = Bye Bye Whore?

i ram stuff all the time too, i dont spend much time in armor and if i do its because our tank was just sitting there or i saw an enemy armor coming my way...i would prefer to destroy both tanks and take the fight to small arms but it really can be a benefit too when you can run into a guy (usually whoring his vehicle) and turn him, get him off balance and maybe even lift him up a little

i dont know why people hate rammers so much, it sucks to get killed by one but if they want to sacrifice themselves its their own business...the "its ok to shoot at me as long as you dont run into me" mentality is foolish to me, and this goes for airpower as well

I do this too, just park beside them if I know I'll go first. I've never actually thought of ramming with purpose to do damage (I've got such a kill by mistake once though). When I ram it's more to throw them off and some vain hope that I'll tilt their vehicle so that they can't shoot back.

If I get lucky and win with my vehicle still intact I can repair it or get a supply crate to repair it and rearm to continue the fight.  That's the main reason I don't actually ram someone. 

That being said, I have run over jeeps and buggies with a tank and been run over by a tank in a jeep and buggy.  It sucks to die that way, but somedays you gotta do what you gotta do.

Another tip, if your in a tank vs an APC, ram the APC and he will either flip over or blow up.

Put it this way, If you could put a large dildo on the end of your APC and run it into infantry to kill them, I think you should be allowed to do so.
