Currently I use a basic Dell mouse that came with my computer. Does having a 'gaming mouse' make much difference? If it does make a difference, what difference(s) does having such a mouse make?
Some people can't tell much of a difference. I myself use a Microsoft Intellimouse, which isn't the best mouse in the world, but fits my left hand comfortably. I can only feel rough patches when I'm sniping at extreme ranges. Then, I have to go into my menu and turn down mouse sensitivity. If you find this to be the case, and are right handed, go ahead and grab a mouse with sensitivity adjustment.sidneysmut wrote:

The Creative Fatal1ty 2020 is supposed to be a very good mouse, surpassing Logitech in sensitivity. I haven't seen it out yet, and I don't really "track" mouse news, pardon the pun.

I have a MX1000 laser mouse, it does the job i have my mouse wheel button set to "prone", one other button is switch to pistol, so in case i run out of ammo and i need to finish someone off, and one of the others to switch it back.
When flying those buttons are used to switch camera view(Yes i fly without a Joystick).
