well look at ur time spent in Euro and then the ribbon etc, it dowsn't match.   http://bf2s.com/player.php?pid=47761697  says i have - European Union 26:40:07 64 32 2.00 80 but the ribbon and medal ar not even close to the right time spent in Euro.  WTF over?

I'm pretty sure they got rid of the ribbon, as the ribbon is suppossed to stand for the time spent in EUROPEAN THEATER. As we all know, there are NO maps located in europe. Only in China, and the Middle East.

The medal however, is deffinately obtainable.

There was a Navy Cross, but never a "Navy Service Ribbon" . . .

There simply is no theater set in Europe or America . . . though AF will change the latter.

"Time in Theater" means any map that a certain army is on. Just because its not "in" Europe doesn't mean its not considered "Time in Theater."

True if you look at the player who has the metal has all the requirements for the ribbon.

I have made the requirements for the ribbon.  It is still a no show on my medal list.
I am having great difficulty getting the 100 points needs for the medal though.
I did look at Sgt_MaxPower's stats.
I am betting that the ribbon is 100 hours, which Power hasn't reached yet.

And he has over 150 hours in the EU theatre and 140 hours playing as EU.
So I can only assume that it is non existant, or there is a bug in the code (like there used to be with the flashbang medal for SF requiring 3000 throws IAR :S )

Im currently going for the medal, and was the ribbon before I realised that it surely didnt exist. Then they dropped the time for the medal down to 50hours...*bing* going for it.
EF is great fun, even more so for getting up that time spent in armour and transport. For £5, how can anyone say its not worth it? I earn more than that in 1hr at work....so £5 is hardly a dent to my wallet.
