Not folder.. when you login where it says your player name, there is a slot where you put your "PREFIX"

So can you change your name, say from gene_pool to I_pwn_u? (thats just an example and I would neveer choose a name such as that unless being sarcastic) Or is it just small chracters?

Tag, in this thread, is to be interpreted as prefix
You can not change your name in BF2, period! You will have to make a new account to do that.
But you can change your prefix to include the characters mentioned above..

And prefix is up to 6 characters.
LocalProfile.setDefaultGSProfile "NAME GOES HERE IN THE QUOTES"
put that into your consol and the name goes in the quotes, worked for me

But by the way he's screaming "NAME GOES IN HERE" - I thought he was referring to the nick. (In which case he would be able to do something to the game that DICE can't)
