BF2S Forums whats the best sniper rifle??

L96 since im accustomed to its sights and bullet drop now.

Try sniping entire rounds on Gulf, even in cliche position such as the crane. You can see amazingly far from up there...but you gotta have a view distance of 100% to be truly effective.

Although in some cases, when I´m the MEC, I like the SVD better, it gives me a better feel for where exactly my bullets are landing.

L96A1 is the best, sounds good shoots good, the sniper kit is better coz of that gun

i dont know but when i use  m95 it seems i dont hitting anyone

hehe, I once pulled off a truly amazing shot, a headshot on a guy running across screen from 500m away. BOOM HEADSHIT. "you have been punished for a teamkill" I was like "noooooooooooooooo"

M95 or L96, i love bolt action, SVD is good sometimes though

It all comes down to what you practice with, I use the m24 when I play as USMC but other than that it all l96a1.  I love the scope on the l96 with the thin crosshair.  I am actualy realy excited because I ordered the real thing and it should be here in the next 2-3 weeks.  The L96A1 is the .308 version of Accuracy International's series of rifles, it was a little over 3000.00 after taxes and thing like that.  What would be cool is if they added the .50 bmg version of this rifle to the game instead of the m95.

the BEST is l96, its not the most stylish, but in most cases the best. simply cause you can shoot on the run, no other sniper rifles support that feature with great accy.

(i prefer the type88 over all in close range)
