"Misirlou" ~ Dick Dale. That shit rocked before the Black-Eyed Peas raped it in all the orifices it had. Other than that? "Sugar" by SOAD.

An absolute must is superheist - two faced (check your head up)

I even made a war compilation using this tune its a real pumper.

also war pigs by black sabbath is a rockin tune. im really fussy with music so if you dont like these i would be very surprised, unless your a siren head (electronic music).

"O Fortuna" from Carmina Burana (Carl Orff)

Used not only for gaming, but before sporting events.

There is only one band for BF2 and that is Meshuggah.
They are a crazy-offbeat-metal-trance thingy from Sweden and they
simply rule.

http://www.meshuggah.net/

I suggest the albums "I", "Nothing" and "Catch 33".

Wait . . . there are only two bands . . . Fear Factory is the other.

http://www.fearfactory.com/

They rule with Meshuggah . . . great for gaming, in fact they have some songs on some console games.
(and in the movie Saw 2) . . .

There

For sniping, listen to "What They Gonna Do" by Lil' Jon.  It helps me get a lot more kills as sniper for some reason.

try
Sephiroth - Wolftribes (best song ever !!!)
and listen to
In Slaughter Natives (nearly all songs)
KMFDM ("Kill MotherFucking Depeche Mode" )
My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult - After the flesh
Leather Strip - Kill a raver
W.A. Mozart - Dies Irae
Wagner - Der Walkürenritt (you may know from "Apocalypse Now")
Roger Rotor (the "Malleus Maleficarum" CD)
"Gladiator" or "Black Hawk Down" O.S.T. by Hans Zimmer
or
Helrunar (great Pagan-Black-Metal)

I prefer to play BF2 without any other music.

Try "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" by Greenday, its a totally awsome song!

Yea! Punk rock...um...rocks!

Some lyricks:

"I walk a lonely road, the only road that I have ever known",
"Don't know where it goes, but its only me, I walk alone",
"nana nana nana, nanana, nana nana, I walk alone I walk alone!",

Followed by a bunch of guitar music from that lead singer with the eyeshadow and black hair

Green Day is not actually considered punk rock.  I'm surprised that I know this seeing as how I hate them so much.
