I like to smoke a blunt before I play as well. Plus I always have the sticky bomb greens!!!
Usually start by turning on the computer. That usually gets me in the mood. A huge glass of sweet ice helps too... sugar=good

Beer is good. Its the only way I can play this game without having a heart attack. When I play this game sober I get so worked up.

I fart a few times. Brush my teeth then sit down and play.
Why are all the options to eat something or dose up on speed? Is everyone playing this game a fatass on a trainspotting diet? Personally I'll take a toke or sometimes sit down with a beer. Browse the server list, join a game do a couple arm and wrist stretches and get ready to determine the shape of the battlefield.
well it has to be a big phat joint with your munchies next to you a well charged joystick and clean and shinny 1 squre meter mouse mouse mat, shout a few times at the fucking long ass load time roll another J steady myself and fart burp crack the beer and try and kill people
I like to shower when I get home while the computers are firing up, then prepare some food and stash in the fridge, then after about 2 hours, take a break and cook, then play a little more.

roll 2-3 fat spliffs, Make a giant mug of coffee, get choc bars and crisps and anythin else that takes my fancy, then start the slaughter:)
Tall glass of coke and a shot of rum.
