I wanted to see what everyones fps were in the game and what you are running?
I just wanted to see how my CPU stacks up with all the rest of ya'll.
To see if mind is above or below average.

Ultra high w/ x800 pro is like 80. Same with 1900 is about like 90-101, for some reason it doesnt go higher but u cant tell the difference like after 60. Im using 4800+ and 2 gigs of corsair Value right now

ok, well mines limited to 150 and it never really drops bellow 80 on ultra

and I only get a max of 24fps ????

um... i think its called ur video card driver coz u can change ur AA to 8X (16 for SLI) and AF to 16 and graphics to uber high

BF2 is locked at 100 FPS unless you change manually in the game console.

It's goe's higher buddy. Bring down console and type in game.lockfps 200, and the limit will be 200, but you have to do this everytime you fire up BF2. I have hit 190 FPS with my 3500+, and x1900xtx.

thats kinda normal then coz 6600 isnt a big monster... get a nice 7800

hmmm im not sure the 6600 could run at those settings : \. Maybe the cooling? that happen to me alot on the x800 so i jsut changed the speeds of the fan

Give more details!!! The FPS can vary highly depending on map, map size, detail level, resoultion, etc.

1920x1200, all settings maxed, sound quality maxed.
64 player maps, usually warlord or mass destruction (seem to have the most texturing going on).
This was with a celeron 2.66 oc'd at 3.55ghz (dual core now, havent tested since).

Usual active gameplay is around 25fps.

Average is around 40fps, given some time standing still.

Gets as low as 12FPS if a few APC's and several people get in sight...

Plan on playing some BF2 tonight ill get specs for the dual core oc'd, see how much of a difference it makes.

What map you were on, the map size, resolutions, etc.

If you want i can stand against a wall on a 16 player map w/ all my settings on low and get 300000 fps if it makes me look good? :p
