Oh please, I been around the internet to know that the world is making this into a crusade against the country as a whole instead of just Bush. This is why I would like to bring up pass error's, they still occurred no matter how long ago they occurred. No matter what you do many of these error's could never be fixed. I just don't understand how I can't bring up errors people committed in the past but people can bring up our errors even if they are occurring now? I think that is fairly low of the people pointing fingers. It's pointless to argue anymore with you and the rest of the windbags that are going to practically devote their lives to discrediting this country. How do you Europeans get so much free time? Your work/school allows you to go home early if you plan on discrediting the US?
Boohoo!!! by calling me an ignorant, does it make you think you are more inteligent then me or something?Renegade2k9 wrote:
You should be proud, you are just as ignorant as your buddies in France. Way to raise the bar for Montreal, if there was even a bar that could be risen for that part of Canada. So for example say if I murdered somebody 30 years ago and I said it happened in the past and its irrelevant that they should let me go? Europe has committed horrible acts in the past so I feel next time they remind us of what we are doing wrong we should pull out a history book and remind them of all the horrible acts they have committed across the ages.MooseRyder wrote:

and by comparing me to the people in France does it make you have a better argument to make me shut up?....not really

I never said anything of the sort. People from that part of Canada are the biggest windbags anyway (Short of France) so unless I come over there and kill you it's doubtful anything I say can shut your mouth. Many people here called me ignorant because I don't agree with them. At least I can spell intelligent your spelling "inteligent".MooseRyder wrote:

Well ok let me copy and paste something you said: "See that^ is typicly american, put people to the wall with the passed history from other country to just say, we are right, you are wrong. You do the same with France and keep doing it with Germany. Seriously this is really low guys." So please stop it I am laughing to death. Everyone wants to use stereotypes against us, so should just use it back.
Using someone elses behaviour to justify your own again, I see. See if that one stands up in a drugs/rape/violence/murder trial.Renegade2k9 wrote:

No, my point is if you committed a crime and criticize someone else that committed the same crime I feel that isn't right.UnOriginalNuttah wrote:

1st of all, very few trials end in execution, and they are put to death in a much less painful way then the way that they probably killed the person. The two main problems with this are, a. you don't know 100% that the person actually commited the crime and if they didn't there is no way to take it back, unless shock paddles were amazing like in BF2.... and b. is it truly justifiable to kill a living human, is it really any better to be killed less painfully, we don't know what happens after death. If you think there are a lot of executions look at this place, http://www.deathpenaltyinfo.org/article … p;did=1110UnOriginalNuttah wrote:

Renegade: I'm not angry, Spec made a cheap shot at MooseRyder with a reference about using a translator (which spec even spelt wrong) for a near perfect sentence. The language I used was even quite mild. He should have read it carefully before posting that he couldn't understand it. I considered that to be deliberately antagonistic, and so I pointed that out to him.
2nd I was not trying to be antagonistic and after reading it again I see I have made a mistake but we need to stop talking about other stuff (I am but I just have to correct people on things.) look at my other post at the top of page 4 I dont feel like writing it again.
I am not sure if I want to side with you, you complain about things people do, but you do it yourself "Everyone wants to use stereotypes against us, so should just use it back." Nor do I want to side with the people getting all up in arms when they know very little about us. Had Canada done (better?)backround checks on people flying in from other countries, especially ones with known terrorist goups, then the terrorist would have never entered the US and crashed the planes on 9/11.Renegade2k9 wrote:

Also to come back to the Vietnam v. Iraq thing, in Vietnam we were not directly at risk from attack, only allies. In Iraq it was a new safe haven for terrorists running from Afghanistan, and had missles capable of housing weapons of mass destruction (however not many and they did not hold the "mass destruction" part.) So i think the war in Iraq had more justification that Vietnam (especially Loas and Cambodia.)
Bud Nam was over 10 years long we still have time to get to it, another thing I agree with it but it's gonna worse before it gets better and with less and less people joining the draft may be around before I graduate high school, This war is playing out to be a lot longer than the president's and the next president's taking office. The Media though is showing the horrid side of it and not all the people who fight and come back just the 3,000 people who have died so far. The US and our allies will finally realize how syupid it is to be in Iraq and leave.specops10-4 wrote:
OK, the Iraqi war might not be a clear cut, America wins, Enemy Loses. However, how can you even compare this to vietnam, the numbers are way scaled down, only 2,000 something dead and 17,000 something injured. Compared to vietnam war where 58,148 Americans were killed and 304,000 wounded out of 2.59 million who served. I do not fully support the war because of the true reasonings that we went there (oil and power), but it is not as bad as the media and lots of Anti-American people see it. The truth is if the Iraqi people would atleast not try to be violent and try and work with the Americans WHO ARE TRYING TO HELP THEM maybe they would be in better shape! Hope some of you guys come to your senses.
(my facts are not from a published book or article, please inform me if the info is incorrect)
Got info from-http://www.vietnam-war.info/facts/
Spec
Afghanistan though, I beleive we have a logical reason to be there. It started there and it will probably end there.
But with what is happening betwwen Isreal and the Hezzbelloh(sorry about spelling) and Hamas is gonna drive us to fight in Lebanon and Isreal.
But I think the time we spend in Iraq is gonna end up showing how we shouldn't fight a war, like Nam. But as soon as we realize we aren't fighting a civilized country and we're fighting a group we'll figure out how to beat them.
Okay, well sorry but I just felt like getting rid of that from my head. Thank you, bye.
Why do people keep commenting on this thread even tho its really old... First someone gives me karma then you post?
Jeeezuz! When are you americans going to learn not to put your heads into every wasps nest there is on earth. Korea, vietnam, iraq and the list goes on.......

If its Vietnam all over its Al Queda's Vietnam, not ours.
