You get one for 27 kills and NO Team kills, damage or vehicle damage AND 250 hrs played.
That means:
250+ hrs playtime + 27 kills and NO Team kills, damage or vehicle damage = 1st GC-Medal
500+ hrs playtime + 27 kills and NO Team kills, damage or vehicle damage = 2nd GC-Medal
750+ hrs playtime + 27 kills and NO Team kills, damage or vehicle damage = 3rd GC-Medal
Got it?
That means:

Related question I hope. Suggestions on getting 27 kills in a round without any team damage or kills. I can occassionally get 27+ kills in a round, but I always seem to have team damage during the first 27. I got 24 yesterday before a teammate ran infront of my claymore as the enemy triggered it. I had 26 before on the 27th a teammate ran in front of it again as the enemy triggered it. I got 30 kills using a tank, but some dumb teammate didn't realize I was backing up to avoid enemy at missles. Team Vehicle Damage and/or Team Kill by the idiot in a jeep trying to squeeze through some place he couldn't and had no business trying to.
