I know many people have complained about achieving the IAR prerequisites but not being awarded the appropriate medals...but I just thought I should make sure I'm not missing something here.
Last night I realized I needed only 8 more minutes (for the 15hour requirement) and 15 Kills IAR to get my sniper Veteran badge. Loathe though I was to don the cap of twigs and camo jump suit, I settled in for some Karkand carnage for some easy kills.
About 15 minutes into the round I had enough snipes and claymore kills to achieve the medal. But no medal in round was awarded. Hmmm. Fine, I thought, as I chalked it up to EA not counting my time played yet and figured I'd wait until tonight when my 15 hours was recorded into their annals.
I check BF2S and lo and behold I'm just over 15 hours. Great. Time for some Karkand carnage once again. This time I get a couple of knife kills and many claymore kills in the "imfamous alley". Just enough for the badge once again. Yet... nothing.
SO.... is this the glitch you speak of OR is this badge not to be achieved by claymore kills? DO I HAVE TO SNIPE ALL 15 KILLS?
