Especially on the highway or in a movie theater.

That's sick man. Too bad that the government employees who input that stuff don't really write that... every damn time.

As for myself, whenever I see a mild car accident that has backed up traffic for miles because the drivers were not injured but too stupid or lazy to move their vehicle to the side of the road I let big bird outta the bag in full view. The police never seem to mind for some reason.
