I already used the search feature, which is really handy dandy may I add, and I just want to make sure. If I buy BF2:SF Now, I can get the extra unlocks when I install it?
You will be allowed to unlock the SF weapons when you rank up.
Also if you haven't played SF before, you probably would get some free unlocks as many as the number of weapons you have unlocked so far.

ya, i was a gunnery sgt. and it gave me all the unlocks i would have gotten if all i had was special forces. look at my stats. a gunny sgt is not supposed to have that many unlocks.
Yes you can get some unlocks if you buy SF. I did it last week. Played one game online in SF and then logged back in. I got 5 unlocks !!
tgust5 - You have the exact amount your suppose to have, you'll get 2 more at 1st sergeant & 2 more at Sergeant Major.
O.K... so just for me to get it right:
I got 4 unlocks so far and one to choose. When I buy (or log in with SF) - I get 5 SF weapon unlocks instantly (after few minutes playing & killing)?
I only ask because I know a profile with every BF2 weapon unlocked (first row here in the stats) but only 3 of the second row?

i got SF but i cant unlock the extra guns, do i have to wate till i get promoted again? because that wont be for like a year!
