Firstly i know there are posts already on this, but they all say the same think, karkand 64. Its not working for me mainly because of the 20 other medics who are blundering around. Anyone got any tips on how to get this damn badge! 16 people in a 64 size map? any particular maps/methods? have got up to 23 countless times, now i need the other 2..

exactly.
also try to create a good squad that stays together. be the only medic in this squad and you'll hav your badge in no time.
in case you check my stats... i know i don't have this badge, but that's because i hardly ever play medic. but when i once did what i described above i had something around 40 healpoints in that round.

i got it on a 64 karkand server, but i had the luck that i was one of the few medics around

I'm having trouble with this one as well,everytime I go for it there's 50 other medics doing the same ...lol

I actually got the closest on warlord, with a bunch of snipers up the tv station(or whatever building it is) they kept being crap and getting shot, so who was i to pass up the heals;) i will try get a 16 players on 64 size map, though there are never any in New Zealand, stupid small country;)

i had a day were everthing went well, it was a 64 karkand server my team (USMC) were having difficult taken hotel over, so i was near hotel all the time throwing does medic packs around, got allot of heals in the begining that way, then i kept throwing them on large groups. and when the map was almost over (8 tickets left) if got my expert first aid.

Got it finally! 16 players on a 64 size karkand, with 80 or so to spare, got 31 that round 28 next round when i wasnt trying so hard haha, thanks for the suggestions all:)

*edit* though its not showing dammit! on my stats it is tho
