k thanks ,
Is there a major difference between the 7800 gt and the 7800 gtx?
can they both run it on highest?

Which one is most equal to the agp 7800 gs oc?

i think the big diff between the GT and GTX is about 256MB.

the GS is a "Light" version of teh 7800 series.

yes, although there is a great difference between the cards capability. THe GTX has moe pipelines for a start, but the 7800 gt should be able to run the game on max setting at a good framerate, but for futureproof go for the GTX or wait a few weeks for te 7900GT or 7900GTX

The 7800GS AGP is most similar to the 6800 Ultra, except with a G70 series GPU & a more efficent board. Its basicaly a 7800GT thats had 4 of its pixel pipelines disabled & has an AGP interface instead of a PCI-E one.

No doubt that the 7800GS (particularly the XFX factory overclocked model) is the single best AGP card currently on the market.

Ok...
I think im just going to get the 7800 gt because of money shortages and when i get enough money ill buy another one and have duel cards.

Is it possible to have a gt and a gtx together? or do they need to be the same?

yes 7800gt is the most bang for the buck
