Post your ideas for favourite sandwiches, I could use some ideas for variety. These are my favourites:

1) Chicken Bacon Club Sandwich in a Baguette: chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce, mustard, a slight touch of mayo (with the chicken).

2) Bacon and Brie

3) smoked salmon and cream cheese

4) tomato, mozzarella, pesto

Ok i won't go on because i'm getting hungry. But your ideas are welcome.

But why Schuss??? This is a serious debate! Besides, isn't 'serious debate' bound to be anything outside the realms of videogames anyway?

Also wanted to say that this is another true great: duck with plum sauce in pitta bread (plus all those other things they put in with duck... you know what i'm talking about)

I enjoy a good chilli salami sandwich hand-made.
But i really enjoy the chicken fillet at subway, grilled bun, with cheese and all the extras except for onions, pickles and olive. Heaps of jalapenos, and salt + pepper - no sauce needed.

u guys have no idea how awesome Cranberry aioli is on a sandwich, i dont even like cranberries, but this stuff is the shit, but your not going to find a recipie like at my restaurant.

Can't find the 'e' with an accent - you know what i'm talking about though, Pate as in similar to Foie Gras.

I love corned beef and pastrami with Thousand Island dressing and swiss cheese on sourdough.
Or Italian B.M.T., Chicken Bacon Ranch, or the Club at Subway's.
