Law enforcement can not go by a jump in electricty any more. Nor can they have reason if they cross it with their heat sensor. They need more evidence then those 2 things alone. No spike, unless it is constant and proves your running the power for something like that.. then they can try to get a warrent, and try for a search warrent. but with out reputible evidence ele bill or spikes arent enuff reason.Erkut.hv wrote:
