Man, that's a tough call indeed. You'd almost have to sort them out by era. If your strictly sticking to Battlefield, then I'd pic the SU34. It's powerfull, manuverable, and has great lines.
As far as through the ages:
1900-1940 Either the Lockheed L-10 Electra or Ford Tri-motor (sleek lines and signified the art and flare of the times)
1940-50 Gotta give it up for the Spitfire. It may not have been the best all around fighter, but that little lady put up a fight long enough to turn things around. The P-38 Lightning would be my 2nd choice, although it didn't get the same amount of action.
1950-1960 The Bell X-1 Chuck Yeager couldn't have done it better in any other aircreft. Sleek, fast as hell.
1960-1970 Give it up for the F-14 Tomcat. (military) THE Concorde (civilian) There was nothing more gracefull ever put into the air.
1980-1990 Saab Gripen followed closly by the French Rafale
1990-present YF-23 Although it didn't win the competition against the F-22, it still had better lines in my book. Bigger platform than the F-22.
